PREAMBLE
The Alabama Narcotic Officers Association is founded in the belief that the public is better served when law enforcement officers and support groups endeavor to work together in order to successfully accomplish their common goals.

OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSE

To promote the exchange of ideas and information among law enforcement agencies and support groups, in particular those charged with the responsibility of combating the use and abuse of illicit drugs, and through that exchange, promote closer working relations among these different agencies and support groups in the state of Alabama.
