Bobby Charles of the Charles Group is conducting a survey to assist the National Guard's Counterdrug Program in receiving adequate funding and support to continue their mission of providing Counterdrug assistance to state and local law enforcement. Currently there are those within the Department of Defense that would like to use National Guard resources for missions other than Counterdrug.

The information gathered in this survey will be critical if we are to assist the National Guard in retaining its ability to perform the Counterdrug mission. Please distribute this survey as widely as possible and return by email or fax as indicated in the survey. At the very least I would like each NNOAC Delegate to complete the survey and return it per the instructions. Please email Dick Sloan with the information of who you forwarded the survey to and also let Dick know when you complete and return your survey.
